Dawn Room
Named for the soft Highland mornings it was made for, the Dawn Room is a peaceful double bedroom. A ensuite shower and warm, characterful interiors make this a quietly special place to rest.
Cameron Room
A generous bedroom with a super king bed — one of the most spacious rooms in the house, finished with the warmth and character The Doune is known for.
Lachlan Room
A characterful bedroom with a king bed and rich period detail throughout. Warm, inviting and full of the quiet Highland charm that makes The Doune so special.

Kitchen
A fully equipped Highland kitchen, generous in size and stocked for everything from a casual breakfast to a dinner party. Central to daily life at The Doune.
Living Room
The main gathering space — warm, relaxed and full of Highland character. Perfect for evenings in after a long day exploring the estate and surrounding countryside.
Drawing Room
A drawing room, befitting a Victorian Highland estate. The Drawing Room is an elegant space for quieter evenings, conversation, or simply taking in the atmosphere of the house.
Dining Room
A grand dining room set for occasions. The Dining Room seats the full party in Victorian splendour — the natural centrepiece of any celebration at The Doune.
Ground Bathroom
A beautifully appointed bathroom finished to the same high standard as the rest of the estate. Conveniently situated to serve guests on the ground floor.
Utility Room
A practical and well-equipped utility room available to all guests for laundry and clothes drying throughout their stay.
